How does it work?
It's simple
- You buy a wristband as soon as you can here.
- Keep your email as your receipt.
- You'll recieve an email (and we'll put it on our socials) to let ou know when yo can pick your wristband up from Holt Bar & Kitchen @ 922 Ecclesall Road.
- Wear it into the participating venues between the 19th to the 28th of September to get your exclusive dicsounts and support local charities.
How do I get a wristband?
Buy your wristband on this page, you'll receive an email with your receipt and the dates you can collect your wristband from Holt Bar & Kitchen at 922 Ecclesall Road.
Where is it?
Ecclesall Road at participating venues.
How long are wristband valid for?
They are only valid between the event dates, 19th to the 28th of September 2025.
How do you redeem your exclusive cocktails & discounts
It's easy, just show your wristband to a member of staff at any of the participating venues between the event dates.
When is Love Eccy Road
It's between Friday the 19th and Sunday the 28th of September 2025
Can I get a refund for my wristband?
No, I'm afraid we do not offer refunds on wristbands.
How do I choose the charity I want to support?
When you buy your wristband you'll receive an email confirmation with a form where you can decide which charity to support:
- Gold Digger Trust,
- Ben's Centre,
- Whirlow Hall Farm
- Friends of Botanical Gardens.
The donation will be made to each charity based on the % of votes cast by you, after the event. Don't worry it'll be all over the socials 💜
What type of wristbands do you use, I know some are plastic and not good for the environment?
We are very concious of the environmental impact of throw away plastics and are using wristbands made from recycled material recovered from plastic bottles and use a bamboo lock.
